I am a cross-disciplinary climate scientist in pursuit of deep understanding of connections between humans and our environment. Using paleo, observed (in the field & remotely), and modeled datasets, I explore how landscapes change with climate and human activity and translate these effects into social or public health outcomes. With a diverse background spanning anthropology to geology to basic emergency medicine, and broad research experience, I am excited by the potential insights we can gain combining data from across fields.
